A procurement delegation from a leading Russian mining and engineering enterprise recently visited the company to conduct on-site inspections and business negotiations aimed at deepening supply chain cooperation between China and Russia. The visit culminated in the signing of a bulk purchase contract covering a wide range of advanced products, including mining winches and intelligent excavators. Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Group Information Technology and General Manager of China Transportation Group, accompanied the delegation alongside Deputy General Manager Zhang Hang.
The delegation began their visit at the Smart Manufacturing Exhibition Hall, acquiring a comprehensive overview of the group’s core technological breakthroughs in digital design, intelligent manufacturing, and product lifecycle management. They paid special attention to the operational performance of the company’s self-developed mining equipment across Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) markets. The guests then toured the Digital Engineering Machinery Workshop to observe the advanced process control system in action. The delegation spoke highly of the group’s end-to-end digital production control, reliable quality consistency, and rapid delivery capabilities.
During the business negotiation session, both parties held in-depth discussions on customized product R&D, localized service infrastructure, and joint market expansion, reaching broad consensus across multiple areas. Expressing confidence in the company’s technical expertise, product performance, and global service network, the Russian representatives signed the bulk purchase agreement on site.
